Graveyard Keeper 2 Autopsy Planner

Set the current corpse state, preview autopsy actions, and see how each known change affects the projected result.

Every step is previewed before it joins the plan, and a step the body does not allow is explained instead of hidden behind a disabled control.

Skull counts, organ effects, embalming and pocket space come from the game data. Only effects the data records are shown as exact numbers, and anything it leaves open is marked on the step.

The numbers above are the corpse's skull counts. The organs, parts and treatments listed below are what the planner acts on: they decide which actions exist and what each one changes.

Your plan

The steps you added, in the order the planner applies them. The order matters: every step floors at zero skulls, so a plan is replayed step by step.

No steps planned yet.

Undo drops the last step. Reset Plan drops every step and keeps the corpse you stated.

What can you do next?

Every action the current body allows. Preview one to see what it changes, then add it to the plan.

Remove an organ

The organ leaves the body and the corpse loses what it contributed. A slot that is already empty is not listed.

Performed at Autopsy Table I · Autopsy Table IIThe game data does not name the technology that unlocks this.

Replace an organ

Swap the organ in a slot for another documented one. The change is the difference between the two.

Add an organ

Put an organ into an empty slot. No recorded action inserts an organ, so this is the documented removal read backwards and is marked as derived.

Performed at Autopsy Table I · Autopsy Table II

The current body allows none of these.

Take a part out

Parts sit in the body like a stack. Taking one out frees a pocket slot and removes its skulls.

Performed at Autopsy Table I · Autopsy Table IIUnlocked by Soft parts

The current body allows none of these.

Apply embalming

A solution goes into the body and changes its skulls. The only condition the game data states is free pocket space.

Performed at Embalming Table I

  • Solution for Zombies+3 red
  • Solution for Corpses+3 white
  • Injection for Zombies+3 red, -2 white
  • Injection for Corpses+3 white

Zombie collars

A collar takes a corpse within a range of red skulls. These accept the projected body.

Bronze Zombie Collar
Accepts up to 5 red skulls
Golden Zombie Collar
Accepts up to 10 red skulls
Steel Zombie Collar
Accepts up to 99 red skulls

Next step

The actions the projected body still allows.

  • Remove skin
  • Remove bones
  • Remove skull
  • Remove heart
  • Remove brain
  • Remove guts
  • Change organ
  • Solution for Zombies
  • Solution for Corpses
  • Injection for Zombies

The planner does not recommend one of them: which action is best depends on what you want the corpse for, and the game data does not name an objective.

How the Autopsy Planner works

The planner uses known corpse states, autopsy actions and body changes to preview how each operation affects the current body. Only confirmed effects are shown as exact changes; incomplete effects are marked accordingly. You can test actions, add them to a plan, undo steps, and compare the projected body state before making changes in game.

Actions that failed, are locked by progress, or need a station you do not have yet are still shown: the planner models what the body does, not what your save can do.
